Pay Online

To pay online, the process is easy and only takes a minute or two. To create your online account you will just need your space number and account number, both can be found in your move-in email, an invoice, or most communications from us. If you can't find them, just give us a call and we'd be happy to help! We also have autopay so you don't have to worry about paying late. If you are on autopay or not, you will receive an email invoice 10 days before your next due date. From your online account you can also add a new storage unit, but we would be happy to do that for you as well. All address or email address changes must be made in writing. You cannot move out of a storage unit from your online account. We do have brooms hanging across the aisle from the office, so when you are ready to move out, simply remove all your items, sweep, take your lock, and close the door. We will notice that your space has no lock and then check it, but you can also call or text us. Once we get the move out verified, we will close your account. Often we have a waitlist, so if you know ahead of time that you will be vacating, please kindly let us know so we can update those waiting for a space.
