  • A photo of your driver’s license or other government-issued ID (upload during the move-in process). You can text or email these to us after renting as well.
  • An Insurance Declaration page for your storage, or use our 3rd party insurance for easier setup.
  • A Lock, we do have these available for purchase on site, just give us a call or you can provide your own. A lock is NOT provided.

Any unit on our website with "Move In" are currently available! Any unit with "CALL" are currently full but give us a call to get on the wait list or find out if any units are moving out soon. Unit's Page
Our units are first come, first serve, but units can be reserved or you can do a "future move in" allowing you to ensure you have a unit 7 days in advanced.
Our gate access is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. We answer the phone 8 AM to 6 PM, 7 days a week.
We currently do not have an office on site, we do everything remotely through out website, our Manager is available for calls during our business hours and we can schedule an appointment with 48 hours advanced notice.
We have many tenants using us for airport parking, but we do not have a valet service. We hear from our tenants that they are primarily using Uber or Lyft to get to and from the airport. We are approximately 3.3 miles from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
  • Both indoor and outdoor vehicle parking is available for your boat, RV, car, camper, or other rides.
  • Our uncovered outdoor storage is the most economical way to store your vehicle.
  • Our indoor covered parking areas keep your ride sheltered from the wind, snow, and rain. We do have large indoor RV spaces and some of them do have power outlets to use a trickle charger.
  • Any of our "standard" storage units can fit vehicles and trailers; however, some of the units are listed as no trailers or no vehicles when we don't feel those items will fit in the drive aisle to back into the unit.
It sure is. Just drive up to your unit and park outside. No more carrying heavy items down hallways.
Thanks to our convenient and accessible location, our facility is also popular throughout Belgrade, Four Corners, Big Sky, Gallatin Gateway, Manhattan, Black Bull, Wylie Creek, Valley Grove, and Westlake Park.
Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Interstate 90, Highway 191, MSU, Montana State University, The Commons, and Journey Church are all close to our facility.

All tenants can pay their storage bill online via our website or mail payments to our PO Box. You can also call and we'd be happy to take your payment over the phone or set your account up for autopay. Pay Online
If you pay online, you can use a bank account or a debit or credit card including MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, and Discover. Cash, check, and money orders may also be mailed or put in our dropbox.
Our leases are month to month. You won’t have to commit to any long-term contracts. Store with us as long or as short as you would like.
Our lease periods are month to month and we do not offer a short term lease option; however, you are welcome to use the space as little as you'd like so using the unit for a week is not a problem.
Our fully fenced property has a security gate and each tenant gets their own individual access code. Almost every space can use high security cylindar locks. The facility is well lit too! You can also feel confident in the safety of your belongings since we have cameras monitoring the entrance 24/7.
